This is the base coat, Silverwhite Perl and Silver metalic mixed

First coats of cobalt blue.

there was a lot of gunk in the paint so I wet sanded it and put on two more coats.

People will know whats under the hood!

This was the the next day after shooting the clear, looks good but not great, there is just a touch of orange peel, a ton of wet sanding and  buffing and it will be like glass.

The portable lift is a back saver! It’s great to lift it to the right heigth while sanding.

You can see how wet sanding really dulls the paint compared to the extensions. Real ugly/scary at this point!

You can see where I did the first round of buffing, there will be two more rounds of buffing with maybe 2 rounds of polishing.
